<description>I'm just glad the charges were dropped and justin can go back to having a normal life without all the courts and press all the time. I really wish that all this never would of happened, although i'm pretty sure everybody has wished that at some point in time.

Just glad its all over,

		<description>Justin, Theresa, Darryl, and Jaclyn,

I write to offer my congratulations to you for your recent vindication and my deep gratitude to your family for standing with you through your undeserved ordeal. Like you, my conduct and the conduct of my peers was and continues to this day to be slandered by politicians and the media. Sadly, they have again been joined by both the ignorant and the unpatriotic and encouraged by enemies and traitors to undermine your efforts and those of your peers. As veterans of the military, you and I were, and are, a brotherhood of unique individuals, melded together in the crucible of wars past and present, and bonded by duty, honor, sacrifice, blood, and love of country. More so than through any other fraternity, the associations and friendships formed through the military are lifelong, and we mourn the loss of our comrades until we rejoin them again someday in formation in Heaven. Sadly, politicians and historians do not understand, let alone share, our code of conduct and ethics.

I hope you will accept my salute and my gratitude for staying the course and for representing yourself, your family, your peers, the Marine Corps, and the United States of America with dignity and honor. We will continue to pray for similar outcomes for all of your comrades as well as for God's protection for the thousands serving in harm's way to defend our freedom.

May God Bless America.

Best Regards,

Bruce Obermeyer
